How much does a quick check cost?

A web and AI check is $19. That is one charge for the whole check, not per file, and there is no subscription. A group similarity check, which compares your uploaded files against each other, is free up to 3 times a week.

Do I need a Codequiry account?

No. Upload, pay by card, and the report opens when the check finishes. The same link is emailed to you, so you can close the page and come back.

What is the code compared against?

Every file is compared against 428B+ web sources including GitHub, Stack Overflow and Chegg, against the other files in the same check, and against the patterns of AI-written code from tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot.

Which programming languages are supported?

66 languages, including Python, Java, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Go, Kotlin, Swift, Ruby and SQL. Each check is run as one language, so upload files of the same language together.

Which detection engines does it use?

The same engines as the full Codequiry platform: Hexagram, MOSS, Zeus, Dolos and JPlag. You choose the engine before the check starts, and the recommended one is selected by default.

How long does a check take?

Most checks finish in a few minutes. Bigger uploads take longer. You do not need to keep the page open, the results link is emailed when the report is ready.

What does the report include?

A verdict, a peer, web and AI score for every file, and every matched passage shown next to the source it came from. You can download the whole thing as a PDF.

How long can I access the results?

The results link works for 30 days from the check. Anyone with the link can open the report, so share it carefully.

What is the difference between a free check and a paid check?

The free group similarity check compares your uploaded files against each other and does not search the web or detect AI-written code. The paid check does all three.

I need to check code regularly. Is there a cheaper way?
