Service Agreement
1. Service Overview
This agreement governs your use of Codequiry's code similarity detection platform. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

All plans include unlimited Peer Similarity, the Hexagram™ engine, and AI-Written Code Detection. Zeus™ Detection Suite and MOSS Enterprisei are unlocked on Scale.
4. Security & Compliance

5. Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
- Pricing remains fixed during active subscription
- Early cancellation with refund request incurs a 12% administrative fee
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
6. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
