5. Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
- Pricing remains fixed during active subscription
- Early cancellation with refund request incurs a 12% administrative fee
- Access continues until the end of your billing period

This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
