1. All Sales Are Final
Purchases are non-refundable. Account setup and detection services consume resources immediately upon activation. Please watch our platform videos and review our documentation before purchasing.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Student accounts: Students are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Codequiry is designed for educators maintaining academic integrity, not for students testing their work against detection systems.
- Lifetime application deposits: The $1,000 Lifetime application deposit is non-refundable. Applications are reviewed on a use-case basis at Codequiry's sole discretion and may be declined. If approved, the deposit credits in full toward the final Lifetime agreement. If declined, withdrawn, or abandoned, the deposit is retained as compensation for review time. Applicants accept this term in writing before payment.
- Forgotten trial cancellations: Users who forget to cancel during the 7-day trial are not eligible for refunds. The trial is fully automated and full quota is delivered immediately upon activation.
- Upgrades from free accounts: Users who upgrade from a free account to Pro are not eligible for refunds, as they are already familiar with the platform and make an informed decision.
3. Before You Purchase
We provide everything you need to evaluate Codequiry before committing:
- Platform demo videos and feature walkthroughs
- Documentation guides and use-case examples
- Pre-sales support — contact our team with any questions before purchasing to ensure the platform meets your needs
4. Why Service Costs Are Non-Recoverable
To provide comprehensive plagiarism detection, we partner with dozens of third-party providers. These costs are incurred immediately upon account activation and cannot be recovered:
- GitHub & repositories — access to millions of code repositories
- Web search engines — Google API and advanced web crawlers
- AI detection services — AI-generated content detection partners
- Private databases — academic papers and code collections
5. How to Request a Refund
We want every user to succeed with Codequiry. If you still need a refund after our team has tried to help, here is the process:
- Contact support using the HelpDesk widget in the bottom-right of your dashboard.
- Provide details: your account email, subscription dates, and the reason for the request.
- Review: we review every request within 2–3 business days.
- Processing: approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
