• You indemnify Codequiry against any regulatory actions or fines resulting from your breach
• Codequiry has zero liability to you and zero GDPR obligations

Q: What happens if an EU/UK citizen creates an account despite the ban?

A: They are in immediate material breach of the agreement. The account will be terminated upon discovery. However, the GDPR rights waiver is still binding and permanent. They assume 100% legal liability, indemnify Codequiry against all regulatory actions, cannot contact regulators, and Codequiry has zero GDPR obligations or liability. The waiver applies regardless of the breach.

Q: Can EU/UK educators use this for emergency plagiarism detection?

A: Yes, this is the ONLY exception. EU/UK educators facing urgent, emergency classroom plagiarism situations may create accounts for emergency educational use only. However, you permanently and irrevocably waive ALL GDPR rights without exception. You cannot contact regulators, assume complete legal liability, and Codequiry has zero GDPR obligations. Emergency use does NOT exempt you from any terms.

Q: Can I make GDPR requests or file complaints?

A: No. All GDPR requests are immediately rejected. By creating an account, you contractually agreed not to contact EU/UK regulators. Attempting to do so constitutes material breach and may result in account termination and legal action. All disputes must be resolved in U.S. courts under U.S. law.

Q: Why don't you comply with GDPR?

A: GDPR is extraterritorial overreach by the EU. It creates massive operational burdens (GDPR request spam, administrative overhead, vague standards, ruinous fines). As a U.S. company, we operate under U.S. law and sovereignty. We reject foreign regulatory interference.

Q: Do you care about privacy?

A: Absolutely! We provide: full account deletion, Data Control Center, zero data sales, encryption, security audits, access controls, and transparent policies. We take privacy seriously under U.S. law. We simply refuse foreign regulatory overreach.

Q: Is the GDPR rights waiver permanent?

A: Yes. Absolutely permanent and irrevocable. Upon account creation, you enter a binding legal contract. This waiver cannot be revoked, withdrawn, or modified under any circumstances. It is binding and permanent.
